Header Texts are not appearing in short text window of a Sales order

Hi Experts,

I tried finding help in SCN but could not succeed.

When I am entering a text in text type "Internal Warehouse Instructions" in short text window (Front-end screen); I can see and saved it.

Now, when I am coming back to same screen; that text is not visible (appearing blank) on short text window but I can see that complete text in detailed long text view (Editor view).

Please suggest me the root cause behind that behavior and solution. Are there any SAP notes for that issue?

FYI, I activated that text type "Internal Warehouse Instructions" recently for SO.

This may be a silly or a small query for you but being a new in SD, I am struggling.

Hello Sandeep,

First of all, no question is silly 🙂 I believe you are referring to the below message.

Text is formatted -> Details Message no. VX202

Diagnosis- You have formatted the text in a way that cannot be displayed by Text Edit Control.

Procedure- Maintain the text by choosing "Details" or double-clicking to go to the text editor.

Please read through the SAP NOTE - 543726 - Error messages VX 202 & VX 205 in text processing and check whether it helps.

Thanks Kiran for your response.

That SAP noted does not help to me.

But, now; that issue have been resolved now. My technical colleague did some changes related to same text so somewhere it has been corrected automatically and working fine now.
