How to refresh portal page

I would like to reload the entire portal on a certain event in a WebDynPro application (refresh the explorer).

Any ideas how ?

I am talking about a portal refresh from within a Web DynPro component, can I create objects like a Form and Timer in such a component ?

Thanks for the links but they're both irrelevant.

Let me tell you what I need to achieve eventually:

I have a portal role which contains something like a welcom a page with a couple of iViews, in which the user has to perform several tasks.

When the user clicks "Finish" I want to remove this role assignment from the user so the page won't be displayed for him.

I've managed to de-assigne the role, but I can't seem to refresh the portal page so the changes will take effect.

Any other ideas ?
