Hi all,
We´ve got a customer with the following requirements:
1. not to see line droping to zero and starting from zero - in case of historical data and forecast for example. They want to see only history stopping at the last point of the data series and forecast starting from the first cell of the data series.
2. they would like to be able to store the settings which displays only certain key figure on a graph even though we have more in the table above. This could be saved at the data view level.
Does anyone have an idea how can I do this if possible?
I have seen that in the graphic, in chart options, options, there is a 'Display no values' and then 3checkboxes: a-not plotted, b-interpolated, c-zero. Option was already checked but it still plots zero values, i have then look sap notes to see if there is any note to correct this apparent error but found none. I am using scm 4.1 by the way.
Well, thanks everybody for reading!
What I found back then (in case it can help someone )
1.
There has been found no way to meet the customer requirements in this case.
2.
We have found a way to display only certain key figures in the graph shown in the Interactive planning. Further, this selection can be saved at Data View level.
To do so we need to go to Define Planning Book transaction, enter the planning book and data view to modify and select Edit. Then right-click the graphic, choose Format Data Series, and select the key figure you would like not be plotted in the graphic. A small window will appear. In the Line tab mark the checkbox Custom and select as style None. Click OK. Save and when asked choose Functional Area Graphics.
In DP there is also another graphic shown when the forecast is done. To do the selection for this graphic, choose Edit in the menu, and then Graphic Settings, a list of the key figures is displayed, check/uncheck as desired.
In the graphic of the forecast however, the selection of key figures is saved at planning book level. No way to save the settings at data view level has been found.
