The above question from Former Member (see https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1307523) has not been answered. I have the same problem. I tried to call BAPI_XBP_REPORT_SEARCH via webservice call and I get the return code XM 028 with the message text "Not logged on in interface XBP (function BAPI_XBP_REPORT_SEARCH)". I know that I need the XMI logon but I don't know how I can do this via web service.
