Hello ,

I have following requirement from SD team

On confirmation of sales order automatic e-mail should be send to customer for the confirmation of order.

Is it possible?

Hi,

You could configure output types for this purpose and once it is set up in NACE, you could trigger emails upon confirmation of SO.

Hi,

configure output type in NACE ot NACT transaction

and also check program RSNAST00 to send email
