Dear Experts;
There is a Subgroup for my customer that has a special case. By law they have a Half Time of their work schedule but they are treated in a specific case. Here are examples about how they should be treated in SAP.
These employees should work half of their monthly period and get their full salary, this half month can be worked 15 days directly or 15 days separated. They can also work a full month and get fully paid then the next month will be off and also will get paid as long as he worked full month the previous one.
So how can this be done.
