Need to know if workflow has been triggered

Hi workflow experts,

I have a this scenario in workflow.

I need to know if a workflow has already been triggered for a program, is there any function module that would return the status based on object key or any other key?

Thanks and regards,

Jagadeeshwari

    Hi Jagadeeswari,

If you need to check Workflow Trace check Transaction SWU9. This displays all the WOrkflow started on a particular time period we specify. Check Program RSWTTR01 and also table SWT_LOGCAT which could help you. The transaction i have specified displays all the Workflow that has been executed and whether it is been a success or a failure.

    Hope this would help you.

    Thanks,

    Prashanth

    Hello,

Go to transaction SWEL. In this transaction you can check for event trace ( provided if you triggered the workflow through event ).

    Hi,

Go to SWI1 and see Work Items. If the workflow has been triggered you can see the workflow log.

    Thank you,
