    Swapnil,

4.7 introduced version management for purchase requisitions, requests for quotations, purchase orders (POs), contracts, and scheduling agreements.

5.0 has a new purchasing agent role for use with portals and security. In addition, self-service requisitioning can be used for frequently ordered services, projects, and materials.

    Regards,

    Otto
