PDFDocumentRuntimeException:Failed to GENERATEPDF

Hi, I have a 2004s sp8 and the matching IDE. when I run the Web Service Test I get"Incorrect content-type found 'text/html'

I also get the similar error when running a simple wd application with a form that has only a text field in it (simplest form).

I have checked the documents and followed the installation/configuration guide. Has anyone seen similar problem? I am out of options.

This problem is due to the user password of your Java stack having expired.

Go to the Visual Administrator: OPen the nodes -> server -> service -> security provider.

On the User Management tab, display the user ADSUser and check the field 'No password change required'.

(It may also be necessary to update the password.)

Thanks for the reply. I have checked that several times and no expiration is checked. I also have changed the password (could be anything, correct? or is it have to be a ceratin password?) and saved.

Hi Markus,

When I checked VA I noticed the no exoiration field was not checked, strange I swear I had enabled it.

Anyways, that works now but I get UsageRights exception.
