Sales Order App not able to launch

Hi Expert,

I'm activating Sales Order App and currently facing this issue whereby the app failed to launch.

In gateway error log, I get below 2 message :

Resource not found for segment 'NotificationTypePersonalizationSet'

Resource not found for segment 'Channels(ChannelId='SAP_SMP')'

Anyone facing this error before?

Hi, Ben.

Could you clarify which "Sales Order" app you're implementing? Linking the Fiori Apps Library page would be a good way to do this. Additionally, please provide details on your environment such as the version of ECC or S/4HANA you're running as well as the backend and frontend application-specific components you have installed.

Generally, "resource not found for segment" errors are related to either a mismatch in component dependencies, missing activation/authorization for the related OData services, or an outdated cache. The above details may help isolate the most likely scenario.

Hi Ben,

these errors are related to the Notification configuration of your launchpad and have nothing to do with the Sales order App. Your error looks more like you haven't activated the service in SICF. Please check this.

which is the service you talked about? I can't find a "notification_srv" in the SICF..
