Hi Experts,

My clients wants to see expense account values with negative sign and income account values with positive sign in a report.

As per sap standard In reports all income and exp values will be shown with positive sign.

Income values will be loaded with negative sign.

Please help me to achieve this requirement in reports to see expense accounts with positive negative.

we are using BPC 10.1 NW SP24 and BW 740 SP11

Let me know if you need any more information on this.

Regards,

Raj

Just create a custom measure! Copy standard measure and change sign (actually you will have "-" bor both)

What is the model storage type? PERIODIC or YTD?

Hi Vadim,

Thanks for your reply,

Model type is YTD.

Sample:

Transaction SE38

Execute program UJA_MAINTAIN_MEASURE_FORMULA

Default YTD measure looks something like:

'IIF(([%ACCOUNT%].CURRENTMEMBER.PROPERTIES("2/CPMB/ACCTYPE")="INC" OR [%ACCOUNT%].CURRENTMEMBER.PROPERTIES("2/CPMB/ACCTYPE")="LEQ"),-([MEASURES].[/CPMB/SDATA], CLOSINGPERIOD([%TIME%].[%TIMEBASELEVEL%])), ([MEASURES].[/CPMB/SDATA], CLOSINGPERIOD([%TIME%].[%TIMEBASELEVEL%])))' SOLVE_ORDER=3

Copy it to custom CYTD measure.

Then change the text to:

'-([MEASURES].[/CPMB/SDATA], CLOSINGPERIOD([%TIME%].[%TIMEBASELEVEL%]))' SOLVE_ORDER=3

As a result both INC and EXP will have inverted signs!
