DI server - Licencing in Dual processor

Hi all,

We have the next configuration:

-. 1 server with dual processor ( tecnology Intel Core Duo ). For this configuration, the DI server need 1 or 2 licences ?

-. If the answer is 2 licences, how many professional users are necessary to access B1 database? 1 or 2.
