SAP BPC for NW: Master data on the fly: missing attachment in blog

Hi,

In the following blog https://blogs.sap.com/2014/05/01/magic-button-to-create-a-dimension-member-from-an-input-form/comment-page-1/#comment-367992 , the author mentioned the following file "VBA Macro for Magic Button to create a dimension member from an Input Form.txt" as the necessary VBA code for making his solution work.

For an unknown reason, the file is missing and I was wondering if anyone has a copy he could add in the related blog...
