Query on Multiprovider

Hi Experts,

I have designed a multicube, that is getting data from ODS and a cube. ODS contains fields like Ticket ID, Time Spent, Description and the cube contains the fields like Ticket ID, Date, Product, Employee.

Now I want to design a query where I would like to pull these fields Ticket Id, Time Spent, Description , Date, Product Employee and display as a single row in the report. But when I design the query I get multiple rows in the query.

Will appreciate any help/ pointers to resolve this issue.
