Extension field from product to Sales Quote

Hi support,

We want to get information from Product screen, an extension field "Z_CustomerFrilendlyDescription" and bring it to Sales Quote screen in order to pass it to the form.

Unfolrtunately it looks not doable.

What is the right way to get that field?

Hi,

You can extend the fields from Products screen to Sales Quote using either of via 2 ways:

1. Using PDI you can create a ProcessExtentionScenario.

2. In case using KUT then, Please do it using 'Extension Scenarios' as attached.

Once done, Please enable the field to UI( Using Adapt Mode ) in case it is not visible.

Thank you so much for your answer.
The field is successfully coming from the product screen.

My problem was that the product screen, has no "edit" button at the button right cornet, so I couldn't find a way to see the field definitions.

So now, the problem is the following.

There is no edit functionality on the product level. How Am I suppose to "fill in" the field for every product?
Since there is no edit.

Do you think it is a customizing issue?

Hi,

You can assign 'Product Administration' work center to user and then go to 'Products Administration' with corresponding products. Then you will be edit the product.

Yup, I did that.

The problem now is the UI of the product.
