I am familiar with resolving data/ cluster issues in Time eval but not had to change the processing in the schema.
I need to modify TQTA to take into account an employees percentage worked when accruing time.
For example an full time employee accrues at 4 hours each pay period.
For the employee who only works 75% of the time I need them to accrue only 3 hours.
I suspect I will have to copy TQTA to a new schema and make a mod to the function QUOTA but I would appreciate any further guidance on the details.

For setting the quota deduction as per Employment Percentage of Infotype 0007 is as follows: (SAP R/3 version 4.7 x 1.0)
1. Use transaction <b><u>SM30</u></b> and then use the table <u><b>V_T559L</b></u>
2. Go to <u>Selection rule for the quota</u> which you want to prorate.
3. Click on <u>Accrual entitlement</u>
4. On <u>Calculated pro rata according to accrual period</u>: Click on <u>Pro rata calculation</u>
5.Then check on Reduction, Rounding, Max, Entitlement box of Accrual entitlement
6. Look for <u>Reduction rule</u>
7. Note down the <u>Reduction rule</u>
8. Then click on <u>Reduction rule</u> at the left hand side
9. Click on your <u>Reduction rule</u>
10. Click on <u>Employment Pct. From Planned working time infotype</u> of Basic data box
