Quota accrual using employee percentage

Hi All,

I am familiar with resolving data/ cluster issues in Time eval but not had to change the processing in the schema.

I need to modify TQTA to take into account an employees percentage worked when accruing time.

For example an full time employee accrues at 4 hours each pay period.

For the employee who only works 75% of the time I need them to accrue only 3 hours.

I suspect I will have to copy TQTA to a new schema and make a mod to the function QUOTA but I would appreciate any further guidance on the details.

Many thanks and kind regards,

Danny Boy

    Hi,

For setting the quota deduction as per Employment Percentage of Infotype 0007 is as follows: (SAP R/3 version 4.7 x 1.0)

    1. Use transaction SM30 and then use the table V_T559L

    2. Go to Selection rule for the quota which you want to prorate.

    3. Click on Accrual entitlement

    4. On Calculated pro rata according to accrual period: Click on Pro rata calculation

5.Then check on Reduction, Rounding, Max, Entitlement box of Accrual entitlement

    6. Look for Reduction rule

    7. Note down the Reduction rule

    8. Then click on Reduction rule at the left hand side

    9. Click on your Reduction rule

    10. Click on Employment Pct. From Planned working time infotype of Basic data box

    Hope this would be help.

Please let me know if you need further help to configure this.

    Thanks

      Hi

I have tried changing the reduction rule to use the IT0007 percentage working time value and this works when the employee percentages were 50% or above but after that the daily accrual in zero.

      For example:

      100% in IT0007 - 0.33 per day

      75% in IT0007 - 0.25 per day

      50% in IT0007 - 0.16 per day

      then .....

      25% in IT0007 - 0.00 per day

Not that I think there are many employees set up this way but I am anticipating the user poses the question.

Currently the settings for the reduction rule for in active days are set to zero percentage and No reduction on each.

      Any thoughts Subodh or anyone?

I have checked the config and there are some changes that can be made to the accrual based on senority or age but nothing that leads me to believe I could do this based on employee percentage - any thoughts?

    Regards,

    Hello Danny,

Could you please share the solution for this.

So were you able to solve issue by TQTA schema or through the table.
