Job_Schedule

Hi..

I want to schedule a job with the following conditions:

Every 2 hours from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00.

How shall I schedule it?

And one more thing can we delete a job that is once created say with a frequency of every 5 minutes.

If yes How?
