Error messages on password change for supplier contacts

Dear all,

We have implemented a password policy on the NW useradmin, however in the Sourcing application, especially when supplier tries to change a contact password, the error messages issues when the password does not match the policy are not very helpful. Basically the error is always "Directory error". What I need is to issue more specific message like "Please use at least one lower and one upper case letter" and so on...

Any ideas would be appreciated, either config or scripting.
