Delivered quantity in IDOC is zero

Goodmorning,

In the IDOC my customer sends to its customers, the delivered quantity in case of a batch split is zero in the IDOC. We want to display the total quantity. In https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3643893 the same problem occurs, but a BADI is used. I want to know which BADI.
