RSA5 IN SAPR/3

Hi Friends.,

I was just given login authorities for SAP R/3 client 100 "sandbox". When i tried to enter into the transaction RSA5, it is showing the message like this, "No valid application component hierarchy exists", then i saw the helpline for that, there it is asking me to Transfer the application component hierarchy from the content sing transaction RSA9.

Can anybody explain this urgently ?
