Why .ATT files are not getting created after extracting .SAR files?

I studied that when we extract the .SAR files we get two different files 1) .PAT file, 2) .ATT file

But now when I am extracting a SAR file, I can see only .PAT file but not .ATT file.

Can any one tell me why .ATT file is not getting extracted after extracting .SAR files?
