Question related to tables

Hi friends,

I want to use BSIS for my report but I guess it contains only uncleared documents. Right?

OR it contains both cleared and uncleared documents with an indicator and not necessarily only uncleared documents? If so, what is the field indicator that can explain if it is cleared or uncleared?

Please clarify and give your input.

Thanks,

Krishen

P.S. Thanks in advance for your time. Points assured for helpful answers.

Iam not sure check the below fields in BSIS

SHKZG - Debit/Credit Indicator

XOPVW - Indicator: Open item management?

XRAGL - Indicator: Clearing was Reversed

XSTOV - Indicator: Document is flagged for reversal

XARCH - Indicator: Document already archived ?

XNEGP - Indicator: Negative posting

Prakash.

Hi Krishen,

BSIS table stores all open items (uncleared) and BSAS tables stores all closed items (cleared).

BSEG table stores all open and closed items.

HI,

Look at the Filed BSTAT in the table ..

If it is not satisfied, then you can use another way, but it might not good.

You can get the Document no's and add the Debits and Credits for that Document no, if the Debits and credits are equal then it is Clear Document otherwisae it is uncleared Document

Sudheer
