My Messages - Assigned to me Problem

Hi,

I am working in ChaRM Solman 7.2, we all know that the messages related to our ID will display in "My Messages" tab in SM_CRM tcode.

But for me its not working, anyone please tell whether i have to do any other configuration for it.

I have referred the below document but its not working.

Put ALL option in the first filter. Not only Change Document

Maybe your are working with messages and not with Change Document

If the above doesn't resolve, Go to Define My Widgets in SPRO (Shown in the screenshot) and adjust the settings as per the custom changes.

Example:

In status filter, assign what user status is to be mapped to Open and Closed.

In Message type filter, assign the transaction types for Change documents.

Pls check if your BP is assigned with Contact Person and Employee role.
