Internal Error (-1) occurred [Message 131-183]

Good day Experts!

I'm trying to create a Purchase Order from the Purchase Quotation Comparison Report but I keep getting this error. Please see screenshot below.

Hi,

The -1 error code most commonly refers to database connection problems. Such problems can occur because of an issue with the license, or license server, or because of an issue with authorizations, but usually due to micro disconnects of a WIFI network connection.

The easiest solution that helps nine out of ten times, is to simply restart the client.

Also, if you connect your workstation through WIFI, and you get a lot of these errors, you may want to connect using a cable instead.
