R3PROD2B1ITEM - update existing items from R/3

Hello,

I used B1i scenario R3PROD2B1ITEM to send master data from R/3 4.6C into the SBO 2004C. All prerequisities were completed. I distributed (inserted) 1 new material master record into the SBO 2004C successfully, so I was assured everything is all right. But after another change of the same master data in R/3 occured error and no update of the item was executed. Has anybody known how can I resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your answers,

Michal

    Michal,

What was the error in R/3. This would help in diagnosing the issue.

    • Michal,

The Value Mapping is important as there are differences in properties such as Unit of Measure as well as other properties between Business One and R/3. Again ... for the purpose of testing what the issue may be ... please complete all of the setup steps as by not doing that it will be hard to diagnose the problem.

Also ... patch 4 for B1i has been released and available for a while now. While this is not the issue (at least I don't believe it is), you should apply the latest patch when you can.

      HTH,

      Eddy
