I have many old requests in the monitor with yellow status 'not yet completed' (approx. 2000) and I do not need the data anymore. Is there a posibility to change all these requests to 'incorrect' automatically by a programm (manually takes too much time).
Usually loads change automatically from yellow to red when determined time is finished. Other issue is, for example, that when a load results in 0 records apears as yellow or green, this customizable. You can retrict the visibility time of loads for monitor, for example for today and yesterday, because i think that your 2000 yellow loads will have some time, haven't they?.
as the change of the old requests to status 'uncorrect' is not a must: I would like to avoid manipulating tables directly and I would only change it, if there exists a program or a function module from SAP.
