data in multiprovider but not in report

Hi Experts,

We created a report on multiprovider,in which one of the field wbs_element(from ods)have data,but in report it displays #.Can u people through any inputs for further analysis for why it shows # instead of data.

check your join conditions...

one way to check if the data is being truly reported upon is.. have two queries , one off each MPro and then if they turn out fine , then it means your joins need to be looked at again..

Have you check the request for the reporting availability flag? check the the cube which is included in MP.

i have checked,reporting availability flag is there in ods.Iam not giving any selection conditions to execute the report.but still no data is displayed in report.

can u create a query only on one of the induvudual info provider and see, whether ur getting the results or not.

Hi,

This may be due to irrelevant key combinations. The data in one data provider for a particular key combination may not be present in another one. Validate the data for those key combination on multiprovider and let us know.

Hi,

is there any selection conditions while executing the report like month.if it is month check the data in ur target for which it is having data and give the same month while executing the report.
