Hi guys,
I have config SSO with my portal and CRM system, the SSO works because I can't see the new-created workitems in CRM. But when I click on one of the workitem (ITS page), a standard ITS logon window is poped out and say "SSO logon not possible; logon tickets not activated on the server". The ITS can work properly when i use user mapping.
So what's the problem? Does ITS need extra SSO config?
