MSS developing own personnel change requests

Hi,

Portal EP6, MSS Version 50.1 / 50.2 (ie the MSS that ran on EP5), ECC 5 backend.

We have used the SAP doc "Developing your own personnel change requests"(dated 19.12.2002) to implment our own versions of SPPD and SPDT (ie very simliar except we have added a couple fields (standard Infotype fields))and it was all fine until the follow up functions (section 9.8 page 44).

We passed our new values to HRWPC_PCR_ACTIVATE_EARMARK in the 'proposed_values' table and think that the new fields should appear for selection in the HR administrator follow up screens (where administratpr runs through accepting or ammending the values in the PCR input by managers).

This does not happen...should it? anyone got any experience / advice? SAP OSS not very helpful...
