Unable to complete Quality Notification

Hello Champs

This issue is related to Quality Notification

For a particular Notification type we have disabled Item and Activity tab

When we are trying to set a Notification to status NOCO, system is giving error of Outstanding Tasks

In QM02 taks tab I can see four task and all are having status TSCO

I executed IW67 to find for hidden tasks of Notifications

Found two tasks in Outstanding state

What we usually do is navigate to these tasks through IW67 and complete these tasks

But strange thing is we are not able to open these tasks from IW67 either(Its not a authorization issue)

Another option is to open tasks in IQS12, but no use these tasks cannot be opened in these either

One hint we found is tasks which are appearing in QM02 transaction are not related to any ITEM, But the hidden tasks which are appearing in IW67 with status Outstanding are having Items assigned to them

As we have disabled Item Tab in customization, is there any way to complete these tasks without any change in Customization ??

I had a similar issue a few years back with PM notifications and deleted tasks, and I seem to remember that there was an OSS Note for this issue.

Have a look on OSS to see if there is a suitable fix
