PO validity mail

Hi experts,

My client given a new requirements as they maintain the validity period for every PO & also they payed advance payment to vendor.

So client want an automatic generated email if PO validity over. So please give some tips how I can achieve this requirement.

In EKKO table we can maintain the validity date in normal PO also.

Since it is now under custom development with abaper. logic given with latest GR date.

it is in delivery tab, abaper will help you to trigger mail and take the logice of it

I guess you are talking about scheduling agreement (purchasing document) validity date.,in that case , you can get help from the abaper,.The vallidity date fields are in ekko tables itself.

take the logic with latest GR date, and discuss with abaper

A standard purchase order has no validity date, this is usually only there for blanket purchase orders and has impact on invoice posting.

An email is usually triggered from message determination, when creating and changing purchase orders, or monitoring POs to send reminder letters based on the reminder days maintained in the purchasing value key.

I am not aware of any option in standard to achieve your goal just based on customizing. You may be able to select the POs based on the validity date using the dynamic selections in ME80FN and ME2N, which can be scheduled to run once a day and allow you to send the list of found records by email

In PO where they will maintain the PO validity date?How they will maintain.

Take a report, Input the PO number and fetch the PO validity date and trigger a mail.
