Registered Product - Service technician team determination

Hi !

I'm creating Registred product in C4C replicating them from SAP ERP equipments with the standard interface.

I'd like to add automatically the service technician team, according to some rules that i have defined. Is there a way to do this, via webservice, with SDK code, or just customizing activities?

I already tried all of the mentioned ways, but i was unsuccesfull.

I will really appreciate every advise, ideas!
