Wworking with alerts, we have always set it up with Fixed recepients or users by roles. But is there a possiblity to set up the Alert Framework to send alerts to non-XI users(somethig like to a distribution list on an exchange server)..?
This is what we have done. We have configured the alert recipeient as an XI user and then , configured , an Mailing Group and use that as the Email ID for the user in SU01. Would this solved your issue?
