I am trying to send a report to a mail, and everything is in place, the mail is sent and it is received correctly. The problem? The attachment is coming in ALI format, which is not read by Windows.
I have already checked the conversion in SCOT, both in SMTP Nodes - Internet and in Settings - Device Types for Format Conversion, and it is all in order. I would think that there is some configuration problem BUT the day before yesterday, somehow, I did receive some of the messages with the attachment in PDF format, as intended. The difference with the case before was that the BASIS team was working on the SMTP service.
I haven't done anything different, but yesterday I started getting again the attachments in ALI format, and I have no idea what to do. The guys from BASIS told me they didn't change anything else.
The only difference I can see in the messages that arrive with the ALI format vs the ones that arrived in PDF format is the creator, with the correct ones having "SMTPUSER" as creator and my username as Owner, while the other ones have only mu username as creator.
Any ideas?
