Regardinf deleting the error requests from the manage of ODS

im trying to load into ODS from Oracle Source Tables .

But those records got some errors .

Im trying to delete the error requests from the manage of ODS. But the job is cancelling and error requests wont deleted from the ODS .

So plese tell me wht i have to do .
