ABAP runtime error

While uploading SAPKB640011 I got the short dump and not allowing me to work. Short dump is as follows:

Syntax error in program "CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=====CP"

Error in ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "SAPLGRAP" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed.

in the include "CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=====CI" in line 25:

"Implementation missing for the method "IS_VALID_HANDLE"

Pls help me to resolve this.
