Problem to connect on ERP 2005

I need help. I install ERP2005 with ABAP Stack. I updated language package. My system restarted. It is not possible to connect via SAP GUI, or that takes a very long time.

Process disp+work.exe is on yellow with : 'Running but not connected to message server. some J2EE processes are running'.

Well I need to increase windows memory, database memory ? I don't know what can be the problem.
