USER EXIT PUTAWAY FOR "I" Addition to Existing Stock

We have a requirement to change the Destination Bin when the user does the MIGO for the New materials coming into Warehouse to go to specific Storage Bin. So we are using the Putaway strategy "I" and its working perfectly for all the material and batches.

But for New material we don't want system to find the next available bin. So we thought of User Exit during TO Creation and change the Destination Bin to our specific Bin. When I try to activate the User Exit check box in Storage Type setting, it gave an error message. "Function exit for putaway only together with strategies ' ', B ,L ,P".

Is there any option to activate the User Exit for 'I' (Addition to Existing Stock)?
