Since i am new in SAP PI and have previous experience in Installing and configuring work manager with SAP ECC ,may you provide steps as to how to connect work manager 6.2 to ECC via PI system(through SMP 3.0).
SAP PI/PO for Work Manager is not part of the standard Out of the Box product . If you need to support this then this would probably requires customization.
