Problem with login to SapDB as administrator

I've installed Sap NetWeaver Developer Studio with J2EE engine and SapDB. It creates J2E instance. After instalation I tried go login as Administrator to database but it failed. When I tried to login as user, all was ok.

I reinstalled Sap NetWeaver twice checking correct name and pasword input, but it was the same.

Does anybody know where is the problem?
