Hi,
I see an entry in table GLPCT for period 16 in fy2007,record type is 0,version 0, the activity type is PRC5. It has profit centre, gl account, company code information, however, I am not able to trace it back to any line items documents in any module nor in GLPCA or GLPCP. KE5Z does not bring it up, the only report that comes up with it is S_ALR_87013336.
How to find who posted it?, How to find document no?,its giving us lot of headached. Your help will be appreciated.
Thank you
Umang
I have met the same problem, this is caused by carrying forward (Tcode 2KES), but i don't how to adjust them except 9KE0

Mr Pandya,
I think this might have come in via txn 9ke0. It could have been a manual entry done to correct inconsistency between FI and PCA in this case.

Hi
This type of document is PRC5 which is a profit center document which user would have entered directly in profit center accounting without relation to any other module.
When SAP triggers any entry there is a link established which you can view through Relationship browser.
Hence when you find some missing documents in PCA, use TCode 1KE8 provide the details of FI Document and execute it would generate the document in PCA. Also there is a link established between FI, other modules and PCA.

Hi Umang,
have you tried the transactions GD23 or GD33 already?
