Upload condition records in CRM 5.0

Can you please tell me how to upload condition records in CRM 5.0?

I am not using middleware to get the condition records from R/3.

My requirement is to upload the condition records directly into the CRM system.

Is there any function module for the same?

Has anyone used Message type <b>CRMXIF_COND_REC_COMPL_SAVE_M</b> to upload the condition records directly into the CRM system? If yes, can you help me with the template created for the same LSMW?
