Analysis for Office add-in error in Launchpad

Hi All,

In Analysis for Office, From Launchpad existing workbook are not opening and getting the below errors with step by step.

When trying to open the workbook from Launchpad getting popup to select XML or workbook, even workbook mode also not working. This issue only in Launchpad for specific user and working fine from Client tool.

Opening application from Launchpad, below error

selecting yes.

By selecting the As a read only workbook, below error.

Any ideas?

Tammy, Thanks for you Answer.

Yes,i have .XML and .INI files in the SAPlogn pad, but the issue remains same.

Np. Connection was working in the patform no issues in this, the same user can able to login from Clinet tools and above screen errors was getting only from Launchpad.

OK, did you read the SAP note above and the resolution - "This has been resolved by taking the server name and port directly from the CMS repository, rather than from the HTTP request. Please ensure that the host file is up-to-date if necessary."
