Problem on Termination using PA30

Hi All,

I am facing a problem when i try to terminate any employee using transaction PA30 and also PA40. My Costcenter is getting cleared for present record aswell as existing records.

Is there anyway i can prevent this not to happen.

I want the cost center, Org. Unit and JOB details from the existing record.

Any help is highly appreciated.
