Finding lunch in/Out in SAP Positive time managemnt

Dear Experts,

I am implementing positive time management. I have a requirement where client want to check the lunch IN/OUT details for an employee.

Ex: If employee shift time is 08:00 to 17:00 and lunch time is 13:00 to 14:00. Employee avail lunch from 12:30 till 14:30. So in this case employee has to regularize lunch IN/OUT.

My query here is:

1) Do we have to store lunch IN/OUT in P15 and P25 event type for IT2011, or I can store lunch time also in P10/P20 only for calculation.

2) How to deduct employee half day if lunch taken is more than allocated time (any operation for checking) ?

Hi Pramod,

We can store all the time data with event types P10 and P20 only. All the deviations(partial absences) from the work schedules can be captured using PCR's. If there is an approval process for deduction, you need to develop an application for the same.
