Hello experts,

I am having one issue i.e user trying do the PGI to outbound delivery and he got error “No relevant import customs declaration item found for the document item 5”

For your reference I have attached error screen shot.

Could you please help me what are settings required to avoid the error.

Hi Krishna,

I don't think the error message is anything to do with GTS. The 'J3' prefix in the Message Class suggests that an "add-in" is responsible. And as you may know, everything specific to GTS uses the namespace '/SAPSLL/'.

In the systems I have available, I can't find Message Class J3RGTD, so can't help further on this.
