Hi

I am implementing SAP ITSM standard solution, with SLA by Category (VH, Hight, Medium, Low). When I am testing (confimed any incident), I get the next issue:

CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

I am SAP Solution Manager SP 15 and I implement the SAP note 2059079, however that does not work ! Any idea?

Best Regards

Business Server Page (BSP) error

Hi Jesus,

For this kind of error you have to follow below Troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting for this error:

  1. Find the action causing the dump:
Deactivate E-mail actions one by one and test again to try to find the problematic PPF action.
  2. Once you know an action that causes the error, see if there is a duplicate action triggered for that status. If there is duplicate action, then remove one of the actions.
    i. Transaction SPPFCADM.
ii. Select CRM_ORDER from "PPF: Applications in Customizing" and click on "Define Action Profile and Actions."
iii. Select the action profile and click Action Definition from tree structure on the left.
  3. Review if the action is defined twice with different conditions in SPPFCADM => Conditions.
    i. Transaction SPPFCADM.
ii. Select CRM_ORDER from "PPF: Applicaions in Customizing" and click "Condition Configuration (Transportable conditions)."
iii. Click "Technical Names" button to turn on technical names.
iv. Look for Action profile (For example, SMIN_STD), and on right hand side, check if any action is defined more than once.
    v. Make sure there is only one condition.
  4. Make sure the latest version of mail forms notes are implemented:
2417284 - ITSM: The generated URL in the send email contains the current session parameter while using #LINK# in the MAIL FORM definition
2331458 - E-Mail Notification with HTML Mail Forms: Mail Form Attributes text only in system language

Thanks And regards,
