SAP ITSM CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

Hi

I am implementing SAP ITSM standard solution, with SLA by Category (VH, Hight, Medium, Low). When I am testing (confimed any incident), I get the next issue:

CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

I am SAP Solution Manager SP 15 and I implement the SAP note 2059079, however that does not work ! Any idea?
