XCM problem

i`ve applied the latest SP on J2ee. Now i`m able to log on in NWA, but can`t do it for B2B and etc components...

Getting error:

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: Error [javax.servlet.ServletException: Initialization of Extended Configuration Management failed.].

Could you please advise?
