KNA1 Doesn't Match ADRC

I have a situation where the data (Name fields) for a customer don't match between the two tables. ADRC feeds and matches XD02 but KNA1 has different values. I'm new to this data set and I haven't run across this before. Any ideas how this could happen and/or what I can do to update KNA1 with the correct data?

    I can only assume that someone used a LSMW recording to update customers and forgot to click the little box for "use central address management" in the initial screen. See screenshots and read more details in my blog

    So you would need another recording to overwrite the KNA1 with correct data from ADRC.
