Problem with Web Service (Pull)

I am trying to activate the query_view_data webservice as described here herehttps://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/978ff5a6-0301-0010-16b0-99d0e7bac114#search=%22%3CProtocol%3E%3A%2F%2F%3CServer%3E%3A%3CPort%3E%2Fsap%2Fbw%2Fxml%2Fsoap%2Fxmla%3Fwsdl%22">here> I am in transaction wsadmin and am trying to test it.

I get the following error:

Could not determine WSDL address (ICF_ERROR)

Message no. SRT_REG038

Does this mean anything? I googled SRT_REG038 and got another SDN post put that post did not help.

Make sure you have set the path to your J2EE server in WSADMIN. Try this document, it has more specific details.

I've worked on a newer presentation than that which shows how to setup query_view_data in a lot more detail. It's attached in my blog:

Work with XMLA Web Service for BI Data in External Applications!

    The presentation is here:
